Super Heroes are known because they have abilities the rest of us don't and they use them for good, while evil villains use there powers for evil. The people in the stories were forced to rise up or sink down to the level they are portrayed as. They all began the same and they all end the same, and so the power that I would choose to have for myself would be Molecular Manipulation. If the ability to control and shape molecules was mine I would unite humanity against the forces of evil (which I would summon to have an excuse to unite humanity) and when glorious victory is ours the world will be at peace, the governments will be able to put forth there efforts to new projects.
